Q: I have completed the payment for my order. how to download it?
A: Please fill in your email address in the order so that we can process your order in a timely manner. Once the product is ready or uploaded, we will send the download link to this email address immediately. The processing time may take up to 12 hours. If you don’t find the download link in your inbox, it is recommended that you check the spam/junk folder to avoid missing it.

Q: If the download link is dead, what should I do?
A: Just directly reply to the order completion email that contains the download link and inform us of the name of the invalid link, or use the “Contact Us” form.
