A jumbo card, with its back to the audience is displayed on a small stand. You explain that the card is a duplicate of one of ten cards that you are holding in your hand. The cards are shown to be all different, mixed up and one card is freely selected by spectator. The jumbo card is turned over and it matches the selected card. No forces. No rough & smooth. Very direct.
